Dr. Ken is a Board-Certified Psychiatrist and Corporate Leadership Coach, Author of Mental Blocks: A Concise Corporate Guide To Employee Mental Health, and a Speaker. Mental heath issues are the leading causes of productivity losses with organizations. I run a consulting practice whereby I help corporate leaders pinpoint leadership issues so they can develop thriving workplaces with less turnover, improved workplace morale, and increased organizational performance.
I offer coaching, trainings, and programs focused on organizational leadership to create healthy workplaces so that organizations can level-up.
Dr. Ken Richmond is an accomplished ABPN Board-certified psychiatrist and healthcare leader with a distinguished career in both military and civilian sectors. He currently serves as the Managing Physician at Tidewater Physicians Multispecialty Group (TPMG) based in Hampton Roads, Virginia, and also holds the role of Medical Director at a private psychiatric facility in Massachusetts.
Dr. Richmond is a seasoned entrepreneur, mentor, and collaborator, known for guiding and inspiring highly motivated Advanced Practice Registered Nurses (APRNs) and other healthcare professionals. His leadership is grounded in clinical excellence and a passion for developing the next generation of psychiatric providers.
With a robust background in service, Dr. Richmond is a former Chief Psychiatric Resident and a United States Air Force Officer, having served in multiple pivotal roles including Physician Consultant to the Air Force Medical Operations Agency, Joint Forces Psychiatrist during Operation Enduring Freedom/Operation Iraqi Freedom (OEF/OIF), and as a Traveler Psychiatrist. He has held leadership positions across diverse settings, consistently earning recognition for his expertise, adaptability, and commitment to patient care.
