Our Purpose
The specific purposes of the Corporation is to bridge GAPS in awareness and services of those diagnosed with mental illness (MH), intellectual and developmental disabilities (ID/IDD) and/or other behaviors which compromise an individuals health, safety and stability in the community by developing programs to increase knowledge, resources and services for success.
The purpose of Individuals with Disabilities Connect Foundation, Inc. is to allot all persons managing such diagnosis and those caring for them wrap around supports.
What We Do
The corporation will provide support, education, and resources to enhance quality of life. The corporation will also bring overall awareness in all settings to assist those in the community on how to address, support, and assist those with disabilities. The ultimate goal is to support all persons and their families having any behavioral health (MH/IDD) diagnosis access to needed supports to ensure a safe way of living.
