With a strong foundation in financial analysis, Mrs. Gibbs has consistently demonstrated a high level of expertise in managing complex financial operations within the public sector.

She holds a Master’s degree in Public Administration with a concentration in Public Management, equipping her with both the analytical and leadership skills necessary to support sound fiscal decision-making and promote operational efficiency.
